You Dont Have to do This Alone

What Happens After You Reach Out
Once I receive your message, I'll follow up to schedule a free 15-minute consultation by phone or secure video, whichever you prefer. This call is low-pressure and conversational. It gives us both a chance to see whether it feels like a good fit before anyone commits to anything.
On the call, you can ask me anything: how I work, what sessions are like, whether I have experience with what you're dealing with, or anything else you want to know.
